Paul K. Cannon was born and raised in Beloit, Wisconsin. He graduated from Beloit Memorial High and enlisted into the United States Marine Corps in 1989. During Paul's 22 years of service, his assignments included Seoul, South Korea, Stuttgart, Germany and New Orleans, Louisiana.
After dedicating 22 years of honorable service in the United States Marine Corps, Paul continued to serve those around him as a high school teacher and Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps Marine Instructor at Palm Bay Magnet High School in Melbourne, Florida, an Adjunct Professor with Eastern Florida State College, public speaker, youth mentor, and community leader for Brevard County. During 2019, Paul became a full-time media broadcaster with KTBS 3 News in Shreveport, Louisiana.
Paul holds a Bachelors and Masters of Science in Communication and a certification in Public Relations. He is currently a PhD candidate attending Regent University. Paul is married to his beautiful wife, Mrs. Maxine Cannon. They are the proud parents of three adult children and currently reside in Florida.
