Born on April 12, 1967 in Gary, IN, Paul was raised by a single mother who was a steelworker. His mother was a functioning alcoholic and all four siblings had different fathers. Paul was determined to become a beacon of hope and dedicated himself to building a reputation of a dependable person. His actions earned him a heroic status within his family.
After he graduated high school in 1985, he joined the Untied States Marine Corps and was assigned the Infantryman and Marine Security Guard Military Occupational Specialty; 0311 and 8151. After his first 4 year tour with the Marines, he returned home and took a job as a janitor at a machine reconditioning company. The fever of being a Marine still burned inside of Paul, and he returned to the Marines to continue serving his Nation. It was later in his career, after a few traumatic events, when he realized he was not the same person as before. He struggled for years trying to figure out how to become normal again unit he was diagnosed with PTS in 2016. What was damaged was his marriage and other things.
Shortly thereafter, Paul dedicated his life to start a legacy; a legacy to demonstrate to the world you can take the challenges in your life and make a positive impact on those around you. He has published 12 books in 8 months, founded a nonprofit to support the homeless and Veterans, and developed successful photography business. Paul did not stop there, in November 2018, he developed an internet television show designed to help people with building and sustaining healthy relationships and family connections.
